No, the site is leased. It stays live on your domain for as long as you subscribe. If you stop subscribing, the site is taken down.
How quickly can I see something?
Dan contacts you within 1 business day of your brief, and HeySheep builds a demo in 1–2 business days. You then ask for changes in the Request Portal until you're happy.
How many changes can I ask for?
Unlimited revisions, before and after go-live. Send them through the Request Portal, where you can also upload files and track progress.
Will my site rank on Google or show up in AI answers?
Foundations, not promises. Every site gets starter SEO, starter GEO (AI assistants can read the site) and starter AEO (FAQ written answer-first). Nobody can promise rankings or AI mentions, so we don't. Monthly SEO, AEO and GEO is quoted separately.
I don't have a domain yet. Is that a problem?
No. Tell us the name you want and we register it for you, for S$80/year + GST. Already have one? We use it at no extra cost.

How does payment work?
A one-time setup fee of S$299 + GST (usually S$800 + GST), then S$56 / month + GST. Dan will go through payment with you before your site goes live.
How reliable is the hosting?
Hosting comes with versioned backups, a 99.95% uptime SLA and unlimited traffic (fair use).
